Where is Test & Go tested for COVID-19?
We works in partnership with Vichaivej International Hospital Nongkhaem. RT-PCR test will take place at Vichaivej Covid-19 check point, drive thru.
Do I need to pay for Test & Go / EQ Package in advance?
Yes, full payment is required at time of reservation. Thai nationals and expatriates holding a credit card issued by a Thai bank can opt to make the payment in instalments. Hotel will provide Test & Go confirmation letter for you to submitting as part of Thailand Pass requirement.
Can I cancel or change a Test & Go /EQ reservation?
If the cancellation is due to one or more of the following factors a refund may be considered if documents with evidence are submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival:
• Denial of Certificate of Entry
• Positive COVID-19 test result
In case of a change of stay dates, the hotel must be notified in writing 72 hours in advance of the original arrival date and the rebooking is subject to room availability on the new requested dates.
Are Test & Go / EQ guests allowed to leave guest rooms?
While waiting the result of Covid-19 RT-PCR test results, a guest must remain in their room. Guests are allowed to go out from the room after receiving a negative result from the first COVID-19 test.

Are Test & Go / EQ guests allowed to visit each other in their rooms?
No While waiting the result of a COVID-19 RT-PCT test, a guest must remain in their room until they receive a negative result. So, Guests are not allowed to visit each other in their rooms.
Can families share a hotel room?
Yes, subject to the maximum occupants allowed per selected room or suite type.
What happens if Test & GO / Blue Zone guest tests positive for COVID-19 at the hotel?
The guest will be transferred and admitted to Vichaivej International Hospital Nongkhaem or in separate quarantine zone by certified medical staff in line with the Centre for the COVID-19 Situation Administration’s (CCSA) protocols. (Ensure to have a medical insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000of including COVID-19 application for Thailand Pass - required Insurance certificate statement)
What happens if someone in my family member / group tests positive for COVID-19?
If a family member tests positive for COVID-19, all remaining guests in the room must restart their quarantine from day one. After being separated from the detected case, the remaining guests will undergo COVID-19 tests two times during their restarted quarantine handling by partnership hospital. (Ensure to have a medical insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000of including COVID-19 application for Thailand Pass and COE - required Insurance certificate statement)
