Allow us to offer you our comfortable transfer service from the airport.  We will be pleased to send our driver to meet you at the Arrivals Hall (Level 2), Suvarnabhumi Airport,  go straight to the 'Passenger exit 'B' – Gate 5 for overseas flights. You will find our staff showing a sign indicating Hotel name and logo (Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok). 

 If you are arriving on a domestic flight at the Arrivals Hall (Level 2) Suvannabhumi International airport. Please go to the "Passenger exit "A" You will find our staff showing a sign indicating Hotel name and logo.

Due to new regulations at Bangkok airport for safety purpose, the Hotel can not show a sign indicating guest's name any longer. Please look for the sign of Hotel name instead.

Shuttle boat service from/to Saphan Taksin Sky-Train station

Free Shuttle Boat-/Minibus Service Our shuttle boat service from/to Saphan Taksin Sky-Train station, is free of charge for our hotel guests and takes approximately 5 minutes. More details and time schedule you will find at our reception. ** Note: The shuttle boat service from hotel pier to Saphan Taksin BTS stattion has been suspended during high tide and flood situation.  It were not operating on the river as usual.   The Hotel provides free shuttle bus for hotel guests instead.  How to book your transport Fill-out the completely, fill in “Arrive by” and “Arrival details”, and important click “YES” in the indicated box.
